Concerned with eating correctly Lütken thinks that Norway is very much behind the rest of Europe regarding health and food. He has written about this theme in severel newspaperdiscussions. –The research on energy clearly states that we should eat more fish and vegetables, not that much meat as we do now. –Abroad they are at full speed with producing ecologically grown food, while we in Norway are very behind. We have a job to do here, Fredrikc Lütken says. Aged 20 he started thinking about what he ate. He started to eat more fruit and vegetables. Today he is a vegetarian and thanks the way he eat, as well as being out in open air and training, for his good health, despite his bronchitis. We do expect to see you back in the track next year, Ferdrik! |
