Leif Onshus from Lillehammer took his 50th Birkebeinermark this year. I little more than 4 hours Onshus used looking fresh as ever after the 58km trip over the mountain. I do feel kind of “SuperBirkebeiner”, he says to birken.no

This year I didn’t get tired at all. I raced to take a good mark, and didn’t use all my power at once.

Ending 4 hours and 10 minutes this is a real effort, knowing that Onshus is in the class for 70-74 years old.

Onshus has only participated skirace, but would like to run once. I usually run on a track, so it would be a challenge to run in this terrain.
